1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service offered by w786 at w786.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and w786 ("the Company," "we," "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any w786 service. Continued use of the w786 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will always communicate significant changes — see Section 13 for details on how amendments are handled.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain a w786 account you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times that you use the w786 platform.
• You are accessing w786 from a location where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of w786 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the w786 platform or any related service.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under any form of legal guardianship that would prevent you from doing so.

w786 reserves the right to verify any of the above at any time. Providing false information to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one w786 account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a Pakistani CNIC or passport number, and accurate personal details including full legal name and date of birth. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is true, current, and accurate at all times. If your details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update them in your account settings promptly.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w786 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. w786 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or access any other person's w786 account. Any activity carried out under your account login is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not, until you report a security compromise to w786 support.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before w786 processes any withdrawal request, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document (Pakistani CNIC, NICOP, or passport) and proof of your payment method. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. w786 may request additional documentation at any time for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

w786 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The accepted payment methods are: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There are no fees charged by w786 on any deposit. Some payment providers may apply their own service charges — w786 is not responsible for third-party fees.

Deposits are generally credited to your w786 balance immediately. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, please contact w786 support with the transaction reference number from your payment provider. Do not re-attempt a deposit until the original transaction status has been confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit — this is the same-method policy that protects against fraud and ensures funds are returned to the account owner. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (in rare cases), w786 support will agree an alternative with you before processing.

Processing times after a withdrawal is approved are: Easypaisa and JazzCash — 1 to 3 hours; NayaPay and SadaPay — up to 5 hours; IBFT bank transfer — same business day or next business day depending on banking hours. Visa/Mastercard — 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts can withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per day and Rs 20,00,000 per calendar month. VIP account holders have higher limits agreed individually with their account manager. If your withdrawal request exceeds standard limits, the excess will be processed in the following period automatically — no action is required from you.

4.4 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on w786 are in PKR. w786 does not deduct any taxes from withdrawals. Pakistani players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any personal tax obligations they may have in relation to gambling winnings under Pakistani law.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on w786 are final once confirmed. Before confirming any bet, please check the odds, stake amount, and selection carefully. w786 does not cancel confirmed bets due to player error unless a manifest error by w786 occurred — see Section 5.3 below. Bets cannot be edited after confirmation.

5.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For cricket: PCB for PSL, ICC for international fixtures. For football: FIFA, UEFA, and domestic league governing bodies. In the event of a result dispute, w786's decision — made in reference to the official governing body's ruling — is final.

For live in-play bets, the score at the time the bet is confirmed by our system is the definitive record. Any delay between the live event and our interface is accepted by placing an in-play bet — it is inherent to live betting and not grounds for cancellation or adjustment.

5.3 Manifest Errors

A manifest error is a clear and obvious mistake in odds, market description, or event information — for example, a match listed with the teams reversed, or odds of 1000:1 applied to a 50/50 event due to a technical fault. If w786 identifies a manifest error, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. w786 will not profit from manifest errors and will not void bets selectively to avoid paying winning bets where no error was present.

5.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games on w786 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or real Live Dealer physical equipment. RNG games are independently audited for fairness. Live Dealer games use real physical equipment in licensed studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section. Casino results are final and binding.

6Bonuses and Promotions

w786 offers various bonus promotions to Pakistani players including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are consumed before real money balance in gameplay unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is in progress will void the previous bonus unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another account.
• w786 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time for all players who have not yet claimed it. Bonuses already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.
• w786 monitors bonus activity for evidence of abuse or exploitation. Strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — including but not limited to low-variance same-side betting, simultaneous opposing bets, and coordinated account activity — may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on w786. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different name or identity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the w786 platform in any way.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a known technical error must be reported and may be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using w786 to cycle funds, or using deposits and withdrawals as a payment mechanism without genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, including Live Dealer casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access any other player's account, the w786 administrative systems, or any part of the platform not intended for player access.
• Abusing the w786 support team or any member of staff in any manner — including harassment, threats, or discriminatory language.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, receiving payment to place bets, or operating a betting syndicate through a w786 account.

8Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

8.1 Suspension by w786

w786 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage play, or any other activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Suspension is not a finding of guilt — it is a precautionary measure while an investigation is conducted.

8.2 Closure by w786

Following investigation, if a breach of these Terms is confirmed, w786 may permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, multiple accounts, or money laundering, all balances may be withheld pending legal and regulatory processes. In cases where the breach is minor or first-time, w786 may reinstate the account with or without conditions.

8.3 Closure by the Player

You may close your w786 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, you should withdraw any remaining balance. If a bonus is active at the time of closure, the bonus balance will be forfeited and only the real money balance will be returned. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. w786 will attempt to contact the account holder by email and SMS before applying a monthly dormancy fee of Rs 200 to cover administrative costs. The account holder may reactivate the account at any time by logging in, and the dormancy fee will cease from that point.

9Responsible Gaming

w786 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic reminders after a set duration of continuous play — configurable from 30 minutes upwards.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot deposit, bet, or access any casino game. Cooling-off activates immediately and cannot be reversed before the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the w786 platform. Options include 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and permanent. During exclusion, all promotional communications from w786 will also cease. Requests to end a self-exclusion before the agreed period has expired will not be accepted.
• Reality Checks: View a summary of your session activity including time spent and net result at any point from the account menu.

12Limitation of Liability

w786 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical issues, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability of some or all services. w786 will communicate planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.

w786 is not liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from:

• Interruptions to or unavailability of the w786 service.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider or bank.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on live score data, odds, or statistics displayed on the w786 platform — these are provided for information purposes and may contain delays or errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures beyond w786's reasonable control.

13Amendments to These Terms

For significant changes, w786 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or SMS to their registered mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of w786 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should cease using w786 and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the changes.

14Disputes and Complaints
